Drapes, Drops, and Dance Floors
This European fabric was first introduced to the United States by the Hansen brothers in the early part of the last century. It has become a standard in the theatre industry worldwide. A scrim provides the reveal and conceal effect when properly lit. The effect is very similar to a screen door: when the sun is shining outside, it is difficult to see in; but at night when it is dark outside and the lights are on inside you can see through quite easily.
Available in black, white,
dark grey, sky blue, brown, natural and maroon.
We continually change and upgrade our inventory. Please call to inquire about additional stock and available inventory.
Most of our curtains have tie line at the top for easy attachment to track, pipe batten, or truss. Unless otherwise note all velours are sewn flat with no added fullness. For a fuller, pleated look, we recommend between 50% and 100% extra width of drape. For example, a 20-foot opening could use two 9-foot wide flat drapes.
Remember that we also manufacture new custom drapes.
